The vision was clear—crafting delectable pizzas, fired up in an artistic italian wood-burning oven, and serving them directly at a wedding or event.

          From scribbles on napkins to detailed business plans, we meticulously charted our course. We delved into market research, scoured for the finest ingredients, and conceptualized a menu that would make taste buds dance. And the cherry on top? A mobile pizzeria that would serve as a kitchen on wheels, enabling us to bring the pizzeria experience to any special occasion; birthday parties, corporate events, and weddings.

          As with any venture, challenges presented themselves along the way. Patricks schooling took him to Hawaii. So the small business was bought by the Biggs Family, to carry on the tradition. From navigating the maze of permits and licenses to finding the perfect wood-burning oven that would meet our high standards, the journey was far from smooth. And let's not forget the logistical puzzle of operating a mobile business. But each obstacle only fueled our determination to bring Beyond Basil to life.
         &#xD;

    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;

          Shortly after the Biggs family bought the business, parents, Robert and Colleen Biggs along with their children, Derek and Kaila Biggs, amidst the hurdles, there were moments of sheer triumph that fueled our fire. The first time we fired up the oven and saw our pizzas emerge golden and bubbling, we knew we were onto something magical. Our soft launch brought family and friends together, and the delighted smiles of our customers reassured us that our passion was translating into taste.
